What to Expect on Picture Day

I bring the same personal attention to school picture day that I bring to my sessions, so every student gets a real experience instead of a rushed one.

My approach is simple: real direction, genuine expressions and a gallery families actually anticipate viewing.

Schools get clean files, a smooth schedule, and one photographer who shows up and does the job right, every time.

School Photography FAQ

Individual student portraits, class photos, and staff portraits and ID Cards for picture day. Every student gets real, individual attention, so the portrait actually looks like them.

Each student gets two to five images to choose from, in color and black and white, so families can pick the portrait that feels most like their child.

Each family gets a private online gallery, organized by grade and classroom, accessed with a QR code. Ordering happens entirely online, no paperwork is required.

Very little. I bring everything picture day requires and run the schedule grade by grade or classroom by classroom, so the school day keeps moving. Your staff gets a clear schedule ahead of time.

Schools of any size, from a single classroom to a full campus. We’ll plan the schedule together so it fits your day.

Sessions run throughout the school year, including fall, spring, and retakes.

Yes. Schools get high-resolution files for yearbooks, ID cards, and directories at no extra cost, and class photos are available on request.

Nothing is required. Families choose from the price list after picture day and order only what they want, if anything at all.

I’m a mother of four, and I’ve spent a lot of years on the other side of picture day. I know what settles a nervous kid and what doesn’t. My approach is quick, calm direction that puts kids at ease, and a portrait a parent will actually want on the wall.
